Desert Star Elementary school hours are from 8:00am to 3:30pm. If you are unable to pickup your scholar at 3:30pm, we offer after school care. It is offered in the Multipurpose Room closest to Hwy 95 (Drop Zone). After school hours are from 3:30pm to 6:00pm for Kindergarten through 5th Grade only. Each scholar attending will be charged a $5 daily attendance fee. The after school program is Monday-Thursday.
Friday scholar care is also available for $10 per day (See Desert Star Adcademy Spartan Drop Zone Registration Agreement for more details).
In order for your scholar(s) to participate in the Desert Start Academy Spartan Drop Zone Program a registration form must be on file. Click on the link below to download, then print, fill out the registration form and return to the school front office.
