Attention Desert Star Middle School Students sports physicals required!  It is required by the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) that all students participating in athletic programs must complete a sports physical.  Parents or Guardians need to have their child's physician fill out the annual participation physical examination before a scholar can participate in any of the extracurricular athletic programs.  Desert Star Middle School participates in football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball and track.  To download your sports physicals
